Limitless is applying to the New Jersey Department of Education for approval to establish and operate a private school for students with disabilities, in accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) 6A:14-7. As part of the process, our office is required to disseminate a Needs Assessment Survey to local school districts to determine if there is a need for the proposed private school for students with disabilities.
Please review the attached Comprehensive Program Proposal that Limitless has submitted. Then fill out, sign, and email back the attached Needs Assessment Survey to me by Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, at [email protected].
